At Pixel Inc. (“Pixel”), we believe that you have a right to know what information we collect from you and how we protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel collects, uses, and shares your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website, mobile app, or other online properties, (collectively “Sites”). Your use of our services is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Pixel collects personal information about you when you interact with our Sites, including when you create an account, join our mailing list, make a purchase, or engage in an online chat with our customer service representatives. The information we may collect includes:

From time to time, Pixel may share your information with other companies in order to provide you with a special offer or promotion that we think you will find valuable. Unless you specifically tell us that you do not want to receive these special offers, we may share your Information.

Option to Limit Sharing with Third Parties

If you would like to access, update or modify your personal information, you may contact us as described in the “Contact Us” section below. You may unsubscribe from any of our promotional emails by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional email you receive from us.

  1. Do Not Track

Do Not Track is a voluntary program among Internet advertisers that is intended to give users the ability to opt out of behavioral targeting and advertising. At this time, we do not respond to “do not track” settings.

  1. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you also have the ability to ask us for information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by Pixel to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes within the immediately preceding calendar year. Pixel has implemented an information security program that includes administrative, technical and physical controls designed reasonably to safeguard your personal information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We occasionally review this Privacy Policy to make sure it complies with applicable laws and conforms to changes in our business. We may need to update this Privacy Policy, and we reserve the right to do so at any time.
